To the Bride-to-Be:

I simply love weddings.  My favorite part of this happy occasion is the bride’s grand entrance as she enters an area filled with the aroma of flowers, greeted by smiles from those who love her.  I think brides are the most beautiful ladies of all times!

As the owner of Twin Oaks Plantation, I like the brides to think about Twin Oaks as if it were their grandmother’s home, a special place for special memories.  Whether the ceremony takes place outdoors or indoors, there are many wedding sites.  For your day, maybe you would select the garden, or the poolside gazebo, or possibly beneath the classical columns on the front veranda, or maybe the courtyard.   Outside, we can accommodate up to 375 guests, which does include our indoor courtyard room for food service or to display the wedding cake.  Inside the main house are several elegant rooms that could host a wedding party up to 50. Where ever you choose, each bride can take pleasure in the activity as the hostess of the grand plantation, inviting her guests to enjoy every niche of Twin Oaks, just 1.5 miles from the charming town of Jefferson, Texas.

Dance under the stars for the wedding reception or rehearsal dinner parties, and let the estate’s Bed & Breakfast accommodate family members’ restful sleeping arrangements. My belief in the bonds of holy matrimony helped create our private Bridal Bungalow, a poolside suite, for the special couple.
